THE LUCA JOHN FOUNDATION HONORED AS 2013 TOP-RATED NONPROFIT
New GreatNonprofits.org Award is Based on Positive Online Reviews
Trenton, NJ 11/11/13 – The Luca John Foundation announced today that it has been honored with a prestigious 2013 Top-Rated Nonprofit Award by GreatNonprofits, the leading provider of user reviews about nonprofit organizations.

The Top-Rated Nonprofit award is based on the large number of positive reviews that The Luca John Foundation received – reviews written by volunteers, donors and clients. People posted their personal experience with the nonprofit. For example, one person wrote, “My dear friends lost a baby in the 7th month of gestation. They had to go through the pain of delivering the child, knowing it would be stillborn. Amid this grief, as I was helping them plan the funeral and figure out ways to cover all the costs, the hospital helped us discover the Luca John Foundation. No sooner had the couple applied to the Foundation for assistance; they received a call the very next day from the founder himself, Kevin. He provided some much-needed funds, as well as emotional support, and we are thanking God for his assistance. Top-Rated Awards ran through the end of October and The Luca John Foundation was part of the inaugural group to qualify for the year.

It was established to raise funds for research and awareness for various forms of skeletal dysplasia, including short rib polydactyl syndrome (SRPS).
